Went to the appointment only to be told they dont use online bookings anymore. They received my notification however did not see reply. Disappointed as was cancelled last minute!

Ridiculous dont book online...he tells you its all online bookings only so after dragging my 4 kids along he says he doesn't know who set up this online thing and he doesn't do online bookings! Waste of time!!! Especially on Eid when you thought you had a booking...
