Support Solutions Healthcare Limited is a Domiciliary Care Company that is fully registered, regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We endeavour to comply with all CQC ‘Fundamental Standards’ and excel in the quality of the care we provide. To achieve this, we constantly review, monitor and update all areas of the Service.
Support Solutions Healthcare Limited was formed, and it is operated by two well experienced Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses who are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and we pride ourselves on a friendly family feel. Our overarching philosophy and aim are to respect and treat our customers in the way we feel our own relatives would expect and wish to be treated.

Support Solutions Healthcare Limited provides services to adults by experienced and highly trained care workers. At the heart of our ethos is a commitment to hiring the best available staff and then training them to the highest standards. Our careers are carefully selected for their skill, compassion, and experience, and will be specially matched to people they share common interests with. We can support clients with a wide range of care needs.
Our Vision
Many of our customers just need a little extra help around the home, but many require complex care, and we provide assistance with personal care, medication support, nutrition and fluid intake, mobility and communication needs. Our careers are well-trained and experienced with wide-ranging needs and are supported at all times by management.
Most services are provided in the customer’s own home however some customers receive support in education, work, whilst in hospital, respite centres and accessing social activities in the community. We are commissioned by private individuals, local authorities, clinical commissioning groups, solicitors and case managers.
LOCAL HOME CARE SPECIALISTS
Support Solutions Healthcare Ltd specialise in the provision of Domiciliary Care in Lincolnshire but with main concentration in areas of Grantham, Stamford, Lincoln, Sleaford and surrounding areas. The company was formed by two well experienced registered nurses with vast amount of hands-on experience in Mental Health and Physical Health Nursing spanning over 18 years. We are a company that aspires to deliver quality, friendly, effective and reliable home care support to all our Service Users through our Team of experienced Care Worker.
We provide Domiciliary Care, Home Health Care and Support, Live-in Care, Night Sitters on regular or flexible basis. Our services are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. A member of Support Solutions Healthcare Ltd is always available after normal working hours to deal with your requests and enquiries. All our Care Workers are DBS checked and fully trained in order to ensure they comply with our high standards of care delivery and current legislation.
We endeavour to foster good working relationships between our Team, Services Users and Relatives to ensure continuity of care support. A representative of Support Solutions Healthcare Ltd will undertake an initial assessment so that we can provide the best level of home support that enables people to stay living independently in their own home.
We are regulated by CQC (Care Quality Commission) and accept referrals from Lincoln Council Adult Social Care or Private Clients. If you fund your own care at home or have a Direct Payment from Adult Social Services for your care and support, you can arrange support at home directly with us.
